About Us
Komfort by K Life Skills Academy is a youth enrichment program created to give children a safe, positive, and engaging environment where they can learn skills that go beyond the classroom. We believe every child deserves opportunities to discover their strengths, build confidence, learn responsibility, and develop practical skills they can carry into adulthood.
Our Academy combines hands-on learning with fun, structured activities that encourage independence, teamwork, creativity, leadership, and personal growth.
We serve youth ages 5–15, with opportunities for teens ages 16–17 to participate as Junior Coaches and begin developing leadership and workplace experience.
Our Mission
Our mission is to equip young people with practical life skills, confidence, leadership abilities, and positive experiences that prepare them for everyday life and their future.
Through hands-on learning, mentorship, teamwork, and community involvement, Komfort by K Life Skills Academy creates opportunities for children to learn, grow, lead, and discover what they are capable of accomplishing.
What We Teach
Our programs focus on hands-on experiences in:
Cooking & Baking
Children learn kitchen safety, food preparation, basic cooking and baking techniques, teamwork, responsibility, and confidence in the kitchen.
Gardening
Youth learn how food grows, how to care for plants, basic gardening skills, patience, responsibility, and the importance of understanding where our food comes from.
Leadership & Life Skills
Children develop communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, responsibility, etiquette, confidence, and other practical skills they can use at home, at school, and in their communities.
Fitness, Cheer & Movement
Activities encourage physical activity, teamwork, discipline, confidence, coordination, and healthy habits.
Young Men Leadership
Our leadership programming provides boys and young men with positive mentorship and opportunities to strengthen responsibility, respect, communication, confidence, and leadership skills.
MORE THAN A SUMMER PROGRAM
Komfort by K Life Skills Academy is being built to serve children and families throughout the year through summer enrichment, school-break programming, community events, family activities, leadership opportunities, and other youth-centered experiences.
Our goal is not simply to keep children busy. We want them participating, learning, creating, contributing, and leaving with skills they can actually use.

We envision a community where young people have access to positive mentors, practical education, leadership opportunities, and safe spaces that encourage them to become confident, responsible, capable young adults.
